Care Provided
Even before admission, we consult the patient's physician and visit the patient in their home to assess their individual medical and psychological needs. Then, together with the patient and their family, our field-nursing supervisor develops a personalized plan of care. Naturally, on-going case management and supervision is provided at no extra cost or inconvenience.
Handling Payments
We keep extensive medical records for the benefit of the patient, the physician, and the insurance company. We process all insurance forms on your behalf and submit all claims in a prompt, efficient manner. We bill for only the hours of actual service to the patient, and there are no hidden costs. Our staff is covered by malpractice, worker's compensation, disability, and unemployment insurance. We pay all salaries as well as all federal and state withholding taxes. Your only concern is getting the care you need, when you need it.
